These beautiful spots can be visited daily or used as starting points for further adventures. With our local knowledge, we’ll guide you to the best anchorage spots for a wonderful day on the island.

TO THE NORTH OF CAL D'OR

Cala Petita and Cala Gran are the closest picturesque coves in the Cala d’Or area. Perfect for daytime beach visits, you can return to the marina in just a few minutes to enjoy the nightlife.
Cala Mitjana, just 1.7 Nm from Cala d’Or, is a small, beautiful cove surrounded by private land. Its turquoise waters, green surroundings, and tiny beach make it a paradise for Mallorca lifestyle enthusiasts.

Cala Sa Nau – in our opinion, the best beach bar on the southeast coast, along with a cozy cove offering warm, turquoise waters, perfect for observing marine life… just 2 Nm from Cala d’Or – a must-see!
Portocolom – the first port to the north of Cala d’Or, located 3.7 Nm away. The lighthouse visible from a distance welcomes you to its wide, safe bay, with a harbor, old town, numerous restaurants, and a beach chiringuito.
Further north, you’ll discover magical, wild coves and beaches with limited land access, offering a chance to enjoy the island’s beauty in solitude. Sleeping here means unforgettable sunsets, starry skies, and magical nighttime swims.
TO THE SOUTH OF CALA D'OR
Cala Mondrago – located in the Mondrago Nature Park, this beautiful sandy bay with two beaches is 2.8 Nm from Cala d’Or. With a sandy bottom, turquoise waters, and caves to explore by swimming or paddleboarding, it’s perfect for water enthusiasts or those who enjoy a refreshing mojito or shrimp at the beach chiringuito. A must-see for photo lovers, featuring spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
Cala Figuera – a charming harbor with a welcoming quay, 4.5 Nm south of Cala d’Or, also known as the “Venice of Mallorca.” Ideal for local marina vibes, seafood delights, and observing the life of real fishermen.
Further south, explore the stunning rocky Cala Llombards and Cala Santyi, followed by Cala des Moro, with its famous turquoise water and small beach.

Es Trenc – A true paradise, a 5-kilometer Caribbean beach on the south coast of Mallorca, located 19 Nm from Cala d’Or. It’s just the beach, turquoise waters, and natural beauty, offering plenty of space for anchoring and a complete chillout experience.
Cabrera National Park – An untouched archipelago of Cabrera, 19 Nm from Cala d’Or, home to diverse marine and wildlife species. One of the best-preserved marine life examples in the Mediterranean, with sea turtles, jumping tuna, rare birds, and stunning rock formations. A peaceful haven, with navigation permits available for circumnavigating the islands and overnight stays.
